Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Are your perfumes original?
Yes. Every bottle we sell is an original. We do not stock first copies or refills, and we do not relabel.
What is a decant?
A decant is a smaller amount of the same original perfume, transferred into a clean travel atomizer. A 3ML, 5ML or 10ML decant lets you wear a fragrance for days or weeks before deciding whether to buy the full bottle.
How do I choose a perfume online without smelling it?
Read the notes on the product page, then buy the smallest decant. It costs a fraction of the bottle and tells you far more than a shop counter ever will, because you get to wear it through a full day on your own skin.
Which lasts longer, EDT or EDP?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) holds a higher concentration of fragrance oil than Eau de Toilette (EDT), so it lasts noticeably longer — an important difference in Bangladesh's heat and humidity. Parfum (extrait) lasts longest of all.
How do I make my perfume last all day?
Spray on pulse points — neck, inner wrists, behind the ears — where body heat keeps lifting the scent. Do not rub your wrists together; the friction destroys the top notes. Applying to slightly moisturised skin also helps the scent hold.
Can I pay after delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh, and you can inspect the parcel before paying.
How long does delivery take?
Usually the next working day inside Dhaka, and 2–4 working days elsewhere in Bangladesh.
Can I return a perfume I did not like?
Fragrance is personal, so we cannot accept a return simply because a scent was not to your taste — that is what decants are for. We do replace anything that arrives wrong, damaged or leaking; see our Return & Refund Policy.
