By placing an order on this website you agree to the terms below.

Products & Pricing

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. We do our best to keep prices and stock accurate, but if an item is mispriced or goes out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order or refund it in full.

Authenticity

Every fragrance sold by Signature Fragrance is an original. Colour, batch code and packaging can differ slightly between production batches — this is normal for the industry and is not a defect.

Orders

An order is confirmed once we accept it. We may cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if the delivery address is outside our service area, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by the courier, weather or public holidays are outside our control.

Liability

Perfume is for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Signature Fragrance is not liable for allergic reactions to a fragrance, and our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
